For this reason, starting in 2022, we launched an important functional and energy requalification project involving the entire property, with the goal of improving efficiency, reducing environmental impact and offering our guests an increasingly sustainable stay.

Energy requalification & year-round comfort
Starting in 2022, we launched an extensive functional and energy requalification project involving the entire property. The objective was clear: improve efficiency, reduce environmental impact and guarantee comfort in every season.

Respecting the place that hosts us. Sustainability also means caring for our surroundings. We directly maintain the public lakeside beach in front of the hotel, as well as the surrounding green areas, ensuring a harmonious and well-kept environment for both guests and residents.

Growing together with Gravedona ed Uniti
We believe that tourism creates real value only when it gives back to the place that hosts it. For this reason, we maintain a close and active relationship with the community of Gravedona ed Uniti, supporting cultural, social and sporting initiatives that strengthen local identity and shared values.
We are proud long-standing partners of the Pianomaster Classical Music Festival, now in its 37th edition, contributing with hospitality for guest artists and supporting one of the most important cultural events in the area.
In collaboration with local artists, we also support exhibitions and cultural initiatives aimed at revitalizing Gravedona ’s historic center, bringing new life and attention to its streets and shared spaces. Alongside culture, we actively support local sports organizations such as Alto Lario Calcio, promoting inclusion, teamwork and healthy lifestyles among children, teenagers and adults.
ENVIRONMENT, SPORT & SOLIDARITY
Giving back through concrete actions
Our commitment to the territory also takes shape through tangible actions and long-term partnerships.
We support the Ecological Day promoted by the Municipality of Gravedona ed Uniti, contributing to the protection and care of natural areas and encouraging environmental education, especially among younger generations.
In 2024, we partnered with Atletica Alto Lario, supporting the Memorial Mattia Corvi, and confirmed our support for the Triathlon Alto Lario during the TivanTri, events that bring together sport, memory and community in the unique setting of Lake Como.
Beyond sport, we are committed to solidarity and scientific research, supporting initiatives such as the Marafibrositona for cystic fibrosis and Fondazione AIRC through charitable contributions.
For us, investing in the territory means building a shared future — respectful, inclusive and deeply connected to the place we call home.
