Check-in and check-out times

• Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM
• Check-out: from 7:15 AM to 11:00 AM

Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

Tourist tax

• €2.00 per person per night, applicable from 12 years of age, to be paid on site in accordance with local regulations.
• The tourist tax is not included in the room rate.

Children

• Children are allowed only in existing beds.
• Extra beds are not available in any room category.
• Baby cots are available exclusively for children aged 0 to 3, upon request and subject to availability.
• Children under 12 years of age are not permitted in the following room categories:
• Spa En Suite, Deluxe, Executive and Legnone.

Pets

• The hotel accepts small and medium-sized pets only, provided they are well-behaved, non-aggressive and accustomed to indoor living.
• Pets are allowed in the garden/solarium terrace, on the beach, in the restaurant and in the breakfast room; for hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed near the buffet area or around the swimming pool.
• A small extra cleaning fee applies for rooms accommodating pets.

Cancellation policy

The possibility to modify or cancel a reservation depends on the rate selected at the time of booking.
